bailhache cannot remember
« on: September 02, 2015, 01:02:03 AM »
It is 3 times now that bailhache has said " I do not recall this"   maybe he should not be in the states owing to advanced dementia or just plain lying and i know which one is true.
Sad old man who is not having his own way in which once upon a time he had the power tpo have his own way.

"I do not recall this". Is a legal term for, "I choose not to recount what I actually remember about this."
Basically he knows, but chooses ,"Not to recall", the information and have it officially recorded.

Surely being a politician and a lawyer should be discouraged due to it leading to such a high dementia rate?

Bailhache doesn't remember a word of this new letter sent today, does anyone else remember?
Oh, and can someone explain the letter in simple terms for Boatyboy?
