No no no, this is to keep all the foreign workers (legal & illegal) that work on and in the airport in there.

Don't count of it, it maybe FlyMaybe :)
You can't get good chinese takeout in China and cuban cigars are rationed in Cuba. That's all you need to know about communism

It's really going to mess up all the spotters who gather on the north-side to watch and photograph the aeroplanes. Mind you maybe they are really the visible invisible terrorists taking notes, waiting and plotting. I've even seen one wearing a camouflaged anorak carrying a small radio device.

I've stopped there a few times to take pics.

What is needed is some kind of viewing platform.

Also the director is an aviation photographer, so may be he can get something sorted out?

No I work in the dastardly finance industry, have a fledgling photography business on the go and am full time historic aviation fan/fanatic/enthusiast (delete where applcable).

My avatar relates to something I did 10 years ago this September, and in fact is something I very proud of.

I doubt he is that interested, I wrote to him last year about his aviation photography interest and never received a reply. Mind you that seems to be standard form where States departments are concerned, don't get me started on P&E.
