"It's expected to be another marathon week in Jersey's States.

Politicians will be deciding how they'll spend money next year.

They'll debate bringing in a tax on high polluting cars.

The environmental tax on new cars has been rejected by the States twice before.

Peter Tabb from the Jersey Motor Trades Foundation says a Vehicle Emissions Duty will penalise ordinary families who need big cars".
