Total Ban on Smoking
« on: July 05, 2014, 02:02:15 AM »
Dont the clowns promoting this guff realise how much tax is collected from smokers?
If all smokers stopped tomorrow, they would lose circa £2,500.00 per smoker per annum in duty.
If its all about promoting health, are they going to ban pies, pasties, cream buns and sweets?
Are they trying to produce a super-fit,"Master-Race"? (Think that one has been tried before).

If they haven,t already done so. The Loonies are deffo having a right good go at taking over the asylum.
Jersey used to thrive on cheap beer, cheap fags, cheap gold and no tax in the bookies during the summer months and was awash with,"The bucket and spade brigade".
It has become no more than any south of England seaside town now.

a gasping for breath seaside town.
prohibition  does not work .
i have  cut down  dramatically(smoking) , but still want  the odd puff.
apparently there is  housing development where the purchasers , can not own a cat  or have a barbie and no smoking outside .
