The result clearly shows the UK was fed up being told what to do by an expensive bunch of ruling elite who were unelected, expensive, unaccountable and wasted money.
Sound familiar?
Isn't it about time we stuck two fingers up to our own ruling elite and demand an island that we want, not one created in their dictorial vision.

Caught this and thought it should be shared, the positives of the UK and Brexit. Thanks to Ja1.

We sit at every table. The UN, The WTO, The G7, The IMF. Nato. We wrote the rules at the WTO, most were purloined from the British East India Company. America took its constitution from the Magna Carta. Canada and Australia run on our constitution, Hong Kong is the financial hub of China. We built it.

We're responsible for 52% of the world's most beneficial inventions to mankind. America comes a far second at 22%.

The cutting edge of technology, communications, data and engineering is F! motor racing, Every major team including Mercedes is located in the UK because of its advanced engineering base. We lead the world in electronic and internet payment systems. Everyone's trying to play catch-up.

Politicians have no idea about industry or the outside world because they don't live in it. They work far fewer hours than anyone else, secure their own extortionate pay and pensions and give others penny lectures on what's best for them. The establishment's finished and they've nowhere else to go and desperately trying to hang on. We'll survive and prosper outside of the EU. Others will follow and join us.

End

It must be obvious to any one who reads that the EU as a club, is in a mess and it's getting worse. No one wants to be ruled by elites that live in Ivory towers and are detached from the reality of daily life.
