I have just been shopping at the Co-op and I think prices must have gone up again. I am having to take £40.00 with me now just to stock up on normal items for next week. How elderly people cope on a poxy pension is mind boggling.

It was just for basic stuff, cheese, milk, bacon, eggs, bread tins of things, water etc. I never used to go through forty notes, more like twenty five.
