So Portelet could not be stopped because an agreement (consent) had already been given, but when it comes to a few ordinary people an agreement can be revoked.

So Duhamel has just made the developer £900,000 richer. I wonder if there is anything for him in it.
Maybe he thinks he will not get in so lets make a bit on the side as a golden handshake.
