Why is the application form not, "Jersey Specific"?
Obviously another UK Consultancy has been paid,(God knows how much),to just run off one of their standard forms.
Is their no one amongst our vast army of civil servants capable of knocking together a Jersey specific application form?
I suppose the applicants will all be vetted by another outside consultancy firm.

 all states tenders  for any  states work should be published in the jep for all to see.
 they do this in india  and  tenders for the supply of goods . the website must be  available to anyone  who cares to look, even if they are uk  based .
