Disturbances in new town park
« on: November 21, 2011, 06:48:06 PM »
I find it hard to believe that the question of disturbances and possible noisy behaviour had not been  considered or anticipated when the park was being thought of and that measures were surely put in place to use should they be necessary.  No worse than any other open area of the town and the police have been dealing with them for many years.

Policemen on  bikes maybe?

If not WHY not?

and  belive a law was  passed to ban public speaking in it too.
10 mill spent and not one underground parking space , its hard to see where the cash went imo.
yes the  horrid toxic waste had to go, bet that was not cheap.
