Jersey election hustings dates confirmed

Jersey will be able to vote for four senators on 19 October

Hustings will be held in each of Jersey's 12 parishes for the public to question the 82 candidates.

I see as an aletrnative to the hustings the POSH have instigated a 'speakers corner' in town a la Hyde Park.

I imagine it will probably only attract those who are seeking election for the first time. I mean I just couldn't imagine say, Freddie Cohen, running the gauntlet of a heckling St. Helier lunchtime crowd. Love to see that though!
