Less of the flunky Spartacus :)

Yes I work for BBC Jersey as a Broadcast Journalist and I also present the BBC Introducing show.

But I'm here representing myself, my opinions are my own and not those of the BBC.

Ryan,

I see Christie no longer has the Sunday slot (or any programme it seems). Is 10:00–12:00 - Phil Taylor still Talkback, or has that passed too?

10:00-12:00 on Sunday is now By Special Request with Phil Taylor.

Talkback is moving to Thursday at 6pm and will be presented by Christina Ghidoni.

Thanks for the interesting information Ryan,

I see Chris Stone is on Mon to Friday 1.15  to 16.00 does this include his phone in section or has that been scrapped? If it has been scrapped what is the thinking behind this change ?

Thought It would be prudent to ask a person who knows.

The whole station is now a phone-in - we'll be taking calls throughout the output.

Breakfast will now finish at 10am, Carrie and Sara will then be on until 1pm when Chris Rayner takes over with a 15 minute news and sport roundup. Then Chris Stone presents the afternoon show where he will be out and about around Jersey.

A shake up is a long time coming, the station and it's running order were stale. However inane some of the broadcasting over on 103 is, it was running rings around Radio Jersey and taking the lion share of the listeners. Fingers crossed these changes and those planned, make amends.

Its just not entertaining, the same people phoning to moan, no wonder it's known as Whinge FM.

Time for a refresh.
