No fence sitting, a simple yes or no will suffice.

Come home Syvret! It would be worth it just to see the faces of those politicians who thought he was dead and buried - politically speaking.

Be fun to see him being carted off by the Old Bill, ranting and raving no doubt. Give the BBC something to broadcast for once.

No

but given that another serious thread /vacuous thread has been belittled by the usual morons , I suggest you move this to the comedy section.

Do we really only have to reply yes/no?

Perhaps we could create the option: "It's fruitless talking about island politics if you've deliberately cut yourself off from the same regardless of how noble the cause is under which you labour?

The Island would not be better off if he returned.
More States time and tax-payers money would be wasted on petty squabbling within the house.

I will just say that everything he has come out with is turning to the truth.
Having worked as a engineer hands on and then taking the managers position of my department, i know that what he is saying about the top civil servants and ministers is true. I have witnessed first hand what Stuart is saying.
I have always believed him and you can say what you like about me but it will not change my mind on Stuart and his crusade to bring to justice the bullies and the abusers with their cover up friends.

The pole is now closed.

In the wonderful world of statistics, the results are as follows:

68.8% of the votes were in favour of Syvret returning to the Island

31.3% were against Syvret returning to the Island

16 votes were cast out of a total membership of 584 indicating that 97% of the members couldn't give a shit either way.

Let's hope that if Syvret does return to the Island, the 97% that couldn't be bothered to express their opinions will have the good grace not to moan about it on PJ.

Is that a pole, as in pole-dancing or pole as in ethnic minority?

There's been recent attempts to get the blessed SS to hold a poll on his site. He won't fall for it though - he knows that poll results show the actual number of supporters, as opposed to the ridiculous figures his blog-counter shows up. Some of the excuses for not having one having been very entertaining though.

how many weeks does he have left to show up?
he may not be here , as the dirty washing is still being hung out, i will not moan about his return.
my wish is the island can smarten up on the political front , clean all the dirty laundry and draw aline under it . and move on to restore this island to better times for all.
