He said he would put the interests of ordinary people first, before he was elected a Deputy in 1993, and has kept that promise. Unlike typical candidates who just spout nonsense about "change", whatever that is.

A man of immense courage and integrity. Which does bring me to another question that has been bugging me. Senator Syvret was ousted from his job with 35 votes to 15, where are those 15 now, when he and Jersey needs them? If they can support him in a secret vote, why do they not speak up for him now?

He is constantly quoted as having the interests of the ordinary person to heart, see post #2 above. I want to know who the ordinary people are ?

I was referring to people who HAVE TO work for a living, people who are not independently wealthy.

Unlike a lot of other politicians Stuarts main interest is not with the wealthy and finance industry, there is alot of people outside of that industry that with out them this Island could not survive
