People must surely now realise that Senator Syvret has a vivid imagination; he likes to play the victim and has a chip on his shoulder. This all leads him into the land of make believe.
As a casual observer, I think his conduct is that of someone who craves attention, he will say anything (even untruths) to be in the spotlight.
I know that he would find it difficult because he is a career politician and knows nothing else but he should leave politics and get counselling and a new career.
He has undoubted talent, Why, I wonder does he not use it wisely?

I haven't commented much on Syvret but I agree with you here. Well said.

oking aside, Spartacus, you have valiantly fought a mini cyber war here, as I have before posted, I was once the recipiant of a disgusting email from stuart. He accused me of being a Nazi etc, it is well documented.

I attach a copy to his truer side and will let you make up your own mind.

Hi Nick – how’s it going?

You always were pretty poor at grasping and retaining facts.

Attempted to steal any Nazi war memorabilia from a pensioner’s house lately?

So – Comrade, Commissar Le Cornu – how do you think the glorious revolution is going?

How is Auschwitz looking these days? Isn’t that where you like to take your holidays?

In the break-up of my previous relationship – which you are plainly familiar with - we had one argument, right at the end.  No honorary police were involved - nor any form of “abuse of procedure” and not any “breach of the peace”.  But you always were a pathological liar as well as being an unemployable halfwit.

The reason the relationship ended was because you, Nick – in your obsessive, jealousness and envy of me – had sought out – and set about - breaking up my relationship.

In fact – Nick – the States Police were called once – by me - please note – following your advice to the ex to attempt to smear me. That’s it – one incident – and one incident in which it was me who called the Police as a precaution.  Nothing whatsoever arose from the incident – because there was nothing to arise.

As I remarked to many journalist at the time – its one thing to lose your partner to a rival – but it is quite galling when the rival in question happens to be a closet-totalitarian, crypto-Leninist, Nazi obsessive lawyer – of all people.

But hey-ho! – You too were rapidly disregarded and cast aside by the narcissistic and solipsistic creature yourself – pretty rapidly, as I recollect. You see – neither of us had any money, Nick. In my case – because I was working my butt off in politics – in your case because you were an idle, unemployable loafing fantasist.

I hadn’t let your comment through because I didn’t, frankly, see any great relevance in bringing into the debate a failed relationship from many years ago – but – you know what? – On reflection – you’re quite right – she doesn’t deserve protecting from publicity.

To deal with relevant issues - for a lawyer, I would have expected you to have at least a faint grasp of such notions as the sub judice rule.

Let me explain – public comment about allegations and particular potential criminal cases only becomes ‘out-of-bounds’ once charges are laid.

And insofar as any “unfair publicity” is concerned – given the gravity of the Jersey Child Abuse Disaster and its magnitude – there was never – ever - the remotest hope of any credible, non-conflicted jury being found in Jersey.

Indeed – it’s frequently near-impossible to assemble non-conflicted juries within this small community - even in the case of low-profile charges.

Which is why – foreseeing all such problems – I wrote to the Bailhache Brothers & Co in November last year – explaining all these issues in detail, and suggesting they should invite independent UK prosecutors and judges to deal with any cases arising. Naturally enough, a perfectly sensible suggestion which was dismissed with the predictable arrogance and stupidity.

And, you know, before you get into battles – check your facts first – always check the facts. For had you been paying the merest – the slightest – attention to events – you would be aware from comments made by me on various sites, that I am willingly confessing to corporate crimes, committed by Health & Social Services when I was the politician responsible.

Indeed – when I was  meeting with two Police officers this Friday morning just gone, amongst other, related issues, we had an initial discussion of my wish to confess corporate guilt – and to that end I am producing a written statement and will give a formal recorded interview next week.

As I’ve said publicly – on many occasions before – the States of Jersey – guilty as hell.

Meanwhile – may the glorious peoples’ revolution continue for you – and after these elections, the decent candidates like Monty will see - and curse - what a pair of losers they made the mistake of associating themselves with – and leave you and Mike Dunn to your sad, isolated, Leninist fantasies.

Ciao

Stuart.

PS (From GB UK PM)

Spartan, Get yourself a big putty medal the size of a frying pan, you deserve it!

It seems that some people do not know when to leave well alone.

Today it has been alledged that Senator's Syvret's cat has been murdered by the oligarchy in an act of evil retribution. As somebody who is firmly in favour of feline's the world over I have to say I find this to be a moral outrage. But whilst we still dont know the full details of its untimely departure it certainly helps to understand why the good senator has chosen to live in excile. Discuss.

I like a bit of pussy myself, that aside I would say that the evil perp of Murdering SSS'S fluffy may well be himself.
Clue 1 He's out the Island, so nobody to feed the cat
Clue 2 The Oligarchy would have to have access to his pad, Now that's a hard one Hmmmm....
Clue 3 Someone must have found the cat dead, maybe it was an Oligarch Rabbit doin an autopsy on the cat, not the other way around??

The Blessed SSS™ has been going on about murders at the hospital and took the opportunity of appointing himself as Prosecutor, Judge and Jury in respect of one poor soul. I was reading the Independent on Sunday yesterday (Sorry Sparty my liberal tendencies and all that!) when I saw the attached article.

It makes interesting reading and shows that a pattern of deaths/illness is in itself evidentially worthless.

Sparty you complete and utter throw-amphora the main purported "evidence" against the former hospital nurse is the pattern of deaths as there is no other substantial evidence.

L-O-G-I-C a word much misused by those who do understand the concepts being tested and therefore in my not so humble opinion you are being an onanist of the most extreme persuasion.

The blessed one's blog is starting to take an interesting turn this week with the appearance of a number of posts that, at first reading, are highly critical of the anointed one and his self imposed exile in the UK. This is interesting in that anyone who has, in the past, tried to post anything critical of SSS has never made it past the pre-moderation. Now, all of a sudden, we see lots of posts criticising SSS' strategy of staying in the UK and forsaking his Jersey brethren by giving up his position in the States.

Do not be surprised if the blessed one returns to Jersey (by popular demand and out of a sense of duty to his constituents and spurred on by the comments in his blog), just before the deadline for his removal from the States is reached. Bear in mind that he doesn't have to attend a States sitting, he just has to set foot on Jersey soil to retain his place in the House. (and an income of about £45k a year)

Also, with Easter approaching, SSS can continue to compare himself to Jesus. My bet is he will return to Jersey in triumph on the 28 March (Palm Sunday) get nicked and bailed on the Monday with Court appearance on Wednesday or Thursday, fail to appear and get nicked and jailed on Good Friday 2nd April thus completing the prophesy.
Syvret has spent so much time paddling in the shallow end of the gene pool with his sycophants that he thinks that the rest of us are as stupid and gullible as they are. I hope he does come back and that they throw the book at him.

The Messianic overtones don't stop there actually, as he was in fact arrested last Easter. Didn't he also use to be a carpenter?

I suppose that's the beauty of PJ, we don't have to rely on the goodwill of bloggers in order to criticise them!
