Time will tell, though I believe the only ones with snouts in the trough are the pigs who abuse children and think they have escaped justice.
What about those that are lying about being abused in the hope of a compensation pay out?

Wasn't there a case of alleged institutional abuse in Canada where it turned out that rather a lot of 'victims' of dubious intent were paid out?

A big dilemma for all concerned I would think, especially with lawyers recruiting victims.

Remember Patrick Raggetts took his case to court and won the right to prosecute.  Not many thought he would gain that right but he did.  Never stop trying.  All he has to do now is win his case outright.

Good Luck to him!
