Beware this one could be a "Hacket Job" outsider no connection with any staff etc. The private sector are asking for cuts within the States. Looking at her CV this is a back water or a great job in a very nice island and a fat wage and an easy life.

Close to the target there Whiter than right, Jersey has always been treated as a sidestep position rather than a backwater so your observation deserves praise.
