Serving politicians and non serving politicans, worth reading. > Senators
How many of our "Senators" , have escaped full judicial review,

As not being in the public interest?
Let he who is without sin , cast the first stone!
It is nice to be in a position where you cannot be sued, because nobody can derive a benefit, in the event they win the case.
So , hands up , does anyone know A Senator who was ever arrested and subsequently was not charged since it was not in the public interest?
I am not of course referring to Frank Walker who explained at great lengths, the rumours which he had to endure for many years and were proved entirely groundless, and I apologise for even mentioning them, however there remains countless claims in this small Island about abuse/crimes by Deputies, by Senators, even by a deceased AG, about how they got away with certain matters ,because they were States members or part of the Apparatus.
I wonder if anyone out there would care to comment?
danrok:
Walker did not simply explain what had happened, he took out a full page advert in the rag threatening to sue people.

You obviously missed the two page spread when he retired. But you were proably focussed on the sightings of a space ship near Aldereny at the time.
Shiva:
Not to mention a certain saintly person being let off with "Conduct Likely" and lobbing his girlfriend's television out of the window. When the system works, it works for everyone in the system!
