I remember reading about the nuisance order served on St Ouens Manor with regard amplified music.

I live in Grouville and for years there has been complaints from a lot of residents about loud music, loud noise caused by unloading the catering vans, coaches left running, the staff and visitors using the carpark as a race track at Jersey Potteries. some of the noise is caused at 3 or 4 am and nothing has been done. Is this another case of who you know and who you are friends with
