Mike Higgins an interesting and potentially excellent member of our States, the agenda of the meeting  is correct after reading the Sunday papers, without any doubt in my mind, the States should be pro-active in batterning down the hatches and getting ready for the storm. This is the right way to go, being caught out in a gale while the sails are up, and nothing tied down is suicidal behaviour. If it turns out to be a very small storm, then thats a bonus. Mike Higgins seems very switched on.

Thanks for the information rico.

I didn't know Time 4 Change were still going, were they not formed after the dead body finding fiasco that wasn't and thats why they adopted the daffodil?

Anyway, recession.  It would be good if we could get more higher people in the States commenting on this such as Economic Development or Treasury.

Fair play to Deputy Mike Higgins but if he is just going to re-hash everything in the news, which we already know then I doubt there will be anything new in such a conference.  Lending restrictions = less houses being built/sold = drop in need for tradesmen.  This won't change for a few years now.

Give us a report afterwards rico I may be wrong.

Thanks
