Totally useless.  Remember the Police Motorcycle fiasco when it was disbanded and she was the last to know about it?  La Moye is a mess and she has allowed the States of Jersey Police to get away with murder with their spending.  Rating - 0.

Inept. -10/10

A wishy washy liberal in charge of a prison full of drug smugglers, with no strong ideas what to do about it.

Mind you, I would instigate a US-style chain gang in orange boiler suits up there, so my views on La Moye might not go down too well on this forum...

Seriously though, she has one small prison to run and she can't do anything about dealers using mobiles from within the prison?!?!? Get a grip, and get some control back!

I'd agree with that. Given the small nature of this island the effectiveness of the embarrasment factor would be immense.

Dunno about the prison being full of drug dealers though...every time I look in the JEP they're being let off with a warning. From a criminal's point of view there really is no better time on this island to be caught for a drugs related offence than now.

How many years has Kinnard been running that prison? With the state of things one has to wonder what she actually does during working hours.

She fitted the bill perfectly - a lamb to the slaughter. Walker would never have appointed one of his cronies to this position- she was never going to get any serious money for the prison - and it didn't suit him or his cronies to speed any human rights laws through either.

could be true there, what with the prison getting terrible reports from the inspectorate.

Weak of mind, with a moral compass which is easily influenced by the corrupt metal of others (sorry Wendy).

Its a bloody shambles . She hasn't got the faintest idea . Whats  her background . Any experience in the police force ?  Totally out of her depth.
