The States could buy the uniforms in bulk for each school and sale them at cost. I have 3 grandchildren and if it was not for all the family helping out they would never survive. What with rent prices,food well you all know the rest. One other thing that gets my back is all the money that the schools ask for- dress down day,pizza day, and the rest. That should never be, what about the parents who really cannot afford it,they do not want to say they can't for saving face. I went to school and it cost NOTHING! Since PPT have come in the States take the view that the parents will buy what the school needs. They will raise the money and we can then spend our money on trips away maybe.
